Instrumentation Engineer for F-22 CTF at Edwards AFB, CA. Responsibilities include performing preflight of aircraft instrumentation, attending pre and post mission briefings, providing mission control room support, directing instrumentation modification via T2 Mod process, troubleshooting intrumentation installations utilizing electrical drawings, and providing modification to electrical drawings utilizing Visio/Catia. Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a final Secret clearance to start.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering

Experience with:

• Analog and digital circuit design and analysis
• Signal conditioning, transducers, and data acquisition
• Using and interpreting electrical drawings

DESIRED SKILLS:

• CATIA, CCD, AutoCAD or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of instrumentation system design
• Instrumentation processes, procedures, and tools.
• Working knowledge of electronics and experience in electronics troubleshooting techniques and tools -Microprocessor firmware design and embedded system design
• Aircraft instrumentation concepts
• Flight test instrumentation protocols and standards
• GPS and IRIG time standards
• Communication skills
