Sales, Marketing & Onboarding:
Provide sales and marketing support, including marketing asset creation, sample program design, and content curation.
Execute our onboarding process in coordination with the client lead.
Client Support:
Support the client services team with regular client calls, communications development, data reporting, and technical integration.
Analyze and develop strategies to help our clients increase adoption and usage metrics.
Document and track engagement across all clients, with a focus on sharing best practices
You don’t need (m)any years of client experience, but you must be:
Willing to roll up your sleeves and do any task big or small
Ready to take initiative and find ways to improve processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills; this role is client facing
High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with data entry and the management and analysis of large-scale data sets
Able to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Responsible and able to work well as a team member as well as independently
A graduate of a top-tier university
Experienced with Excel and Powerpoint
