  • Responsibilities

    The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Analysis team collects and analyzes requirements and solves client problems using CRM solutions. It serves as a liaison between Avanade clients and CRM consultants, particularly during initial project phases.

    As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and deploying end-user solutions in CRM systems. Through deep functional knowledge and familiarity with the CRM application in use, you will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support and end-user training.

    Day-to-day, you will:

    • Support the translation of client business requirements into CRM solutions, including requirements approval, communication, traceability and reuse
    • Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams
    • Use CRM workflow technology to automate business processes
    • Stay abreast on updates and new releases in CRM technologies
    • Educate end users on CRM functionality
    • Travel as needed

  • Qualifications

    You are a strong analytical thinker. You enjoy translating client business needs into software capabilities and making sure that end users are adept at using those features. You are a big-picture thinker who knows how to bring improvement to complex systems.

    Your skillset likely includes:

    • Knowledge of CRM systems and business solution implementations
    • Some knowledge of CRM issue diagnosing and troubleshooting
    • Some experience consulting with external clients
    • Preferred experience working with global and offshore project teams
    • Great communication skills
    • Four-year Bachelor's Degree
    • You likely have around one year of relevant work experience; though sufficient education will suffice.
