    HOW THIS JOB WORKS.

    Indeed is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker, has exceptional communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

    The purpose of this role is to provide impactful reporting and insightful analysis to Finance leaders. If you possess an analytical mind and have the ability to communicate effectively this may be the role for you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Support Sr. FP&A Manager in all associated functions (reporting on actuals, monthly forecasts, and annual budget), including maintaining various financial models

    • Perform monthly financial reporting, including detailed variance analysis and insightful commentary

    • Perform data analysis and assist with long-term financial planning

    • Collaborate with other FP&A team members to drive both recurring and ad hoc needs

    • Optimize and automate financial processes. Collaborate within and outside of the Finance team to promote scaling and innovation of tools and tasks.

    • Identify, analyze and communicate business current trends and most importantly their impact on forward looking financial forecasts

    • Assist with special projects and financial analysis and modeling

    • Other duties as assigned

      WHO YOU ARE.

    • 2+ years work experience in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, consulting, and/or corporate finance

    • Proven experience building and maintaining financial models

    • Excel mastery and proven experience in building strong financial models required

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and modeling skills.

    • Strong communications, project and time management skills

    • Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured and fast-paced environment.

    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an accounting or finance-related field

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
