Freshman Discovery is an introductory experience focused on helping freshman of diverse backgrounds understand financial services, gain technical skills and kickoff the career planning process. The program is designed for Black, Hispanic and/or Women of all majors.
If selected, you’ll spend two days at Citi’s Global Headquarters in New York City this summer (travel, lodging and food expenses will be covered). The program includes peer networking, case studies, business overviews, technical skills training and access to professionals and recruiters across the firm.
Applications close April 21st. All interested candidates must submit resume and cover letter for consideration. Freshman Discovery Diversity Program date is currently pending due to the COVID-19 situation. The Graduate Recruitment team will let all candidates know of any updates regarding the program.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Freshman Discovery is open to all disciplines and majors. Candidates are selected based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, and leadership skills. In order to be considered, interested candidates must submit a resume and cover letter. The cover letter (300 words maximum) should outline your interest in the program and/or why you should be selected to participate.
