    This two-year full-time program has start date on June 28th 2021 with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

    About The Team

    The Client Experience (CX) team within the Risk, Credit, and Lending group of FIS is looking for Product Support Representatives to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role you will become an expert on one or more software solutions used by our client base of banks, financial institutions, and leasing companies. You will then use this expertise to help these clients get the most value from our software. Our software solutions include:

    • ACBS Commercial Loan System
    • Ambit Asset Finance
    • Ambit BancWare
    • Ambit Optimist
    • AutoSuite
    • SyndTrak

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Assist clients with functional and technical questions regarding FIS software
    • Build strong, long term working relationships with FIS clients
    • Work with development and product Management teams to improve our software
    • Train FIS clients on proper software usage
    • Participate in internal projects (i.e. software testing, release planning, client events, etc.)
  • Qualifications

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Added Bonus If You Have

    • Experience working for a bank, financial institution, or leasing company
    • Coursework in both finance and management information systems / computer science
    • A love for troubleshooting and analytical thinking
    • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases
    • Fluency in Spanish
