    The Leader Effectiveness team is the center of excellence for leadership development at Indeed. Our Leadership Programs team supports early-stage leaders through executives by providing programming rooted in talent data with a focus on building individual and collective leadership, ensuring our leaders are ready to lead Indeed into the future. Our Coaching @ Indeed team delivers best-in-class service to Indeed’s leaders through individual and group coaching,, and skills development for Indeed’s people managers. 

    As a Generalist for Coaching @ Indeed, you will support the strategy development, integration, measurement, and long-term impact of select coaching and development programs company-wide. You will work directly with program managers and coaches to create and deliver a leadership ecosystem that supports early-stage leaders through executives.

    This role reports to the Lead Program Manager of Coaching @ Indeed on the Leader Effectiveness team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist the Coaching @ Indeed Team in the building and rollout logistics of Indeed’s leadership coaching programs, inclusive of research, platform management, and  communications

    • Develop business-facing supportive materials for program participants, HRBPs, functional leaders, and other key stakeholders

    • Research and identify industry benchmarks to measure coaching initiatives and pilots against

    • Support program measurement and analysis by helping the team execute on the identified success factors, inclusive of creating surveys, templates and processes as well as analyzing and presenting data

    • Manage vendor relationships and learning experience enrollments

    WHO YOU ARE

    Experience

    • 2 years demonstrated experience contributing to large-scale program implementation, including end-to-end ownership of individual components

    • Managing multiple projects and work streams running concurrently

    • Communicating with diverse audiences (vendors, internal team, business leaders, HRBPs) across mediums (email, Igloo, Slack)

    Knowledge

    • Technology tools and platforms

    • Using data effectively to inform program design

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
