  • Responsibilities
    • Participate in the global strategy in the acquisition of traffic, by determining and utilizing the levers of online acquisition proper to US market
    • Pilot SEM campaigns while monitoring KPI targets on desktop and mobile sites for both brands GuesttoGuest - Home Exchange
    • Exploration and recommendation of new channels of acquisition: partnerships, social media, influencers …
    • Run of new channels/ads test, project management, reporting, and analysis
    • Web analysis and implementation of key monitoring indicators (reporting/dashboards)
    • Competitive intelligence, proposal, and implementation of innovative & differentiating levers/messages
    • Collaboration with Country Managers and design of the local SEM strategy primarily in the United States (70% of focus) but also UK, Oceania, Canada, Worldwide English speaking targets (expatriates in Asia, …)
    • Collaboration on creating and localizing ads for each market’s specificities for Facebook Ads with the Facebook Ads Manager
    • Optimize budget spending on acquisition campaigns
    • Communicate regularly on status, timeline, budget, performance and competitive intelligence analysis with the organization.
    • Collaborate with the Acquisition manager to help define the best acquisition strategies in North America, UK, and Oceania

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising, or related field
    • Previous internship or experience in digital marketing preferred
    • Good analysis and communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Autonomy and teamwork
    • Strong analytical skills: ability to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects
    • Strong tracking, analytical, and reporting skills, including Google Analytics
    • Familiar with search campaign management tools, including AdWords Editor
    • French Language is not required
