    YOUR JOB

    Indeed is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist focused on bringing new products to market. We are looking for someone who is passionate about launching internal and external campaigns that will help people find jobs. This position sits on a unique team that intersects between Product and Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product growth. 

    As the Growth Marketing Specialist for the New Products Growth Marketing team, you will manage and execute various marketing campaigns associated with a new product going from 0 to 1. 

    You will be responsible for developing and executing digital paid media strategies, email strategies, and tactics across all products the team supports. You will be creating data-driven and content marketing strategies to maximize potential through all digital platforms.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Identify new cost-effective, scalable and targeted online media buys that provide qualified and profitable traffic.

    • Test paid media channels including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

    • Build, launch, maintain, and optimize paid media campaigns

    • Build, launch, maintain, and optimize email campaigns

    • Plan, create and execute thoughtful digital creative campaigns to inform, engage and increase member base. This may include ads, emails, landing pages, etc.

    • Continuously A/B Test ad creative, ad copy, landing pages, email cadence – if it’s customer facing, it’s in a test.

    • Adhere to budgets and measure KPIs for each product. Provide reporting, actionable insights and recommendations for next steps for each campaign. 

    • Experience with working with large budgets is a bonus.

    • Participate in the development of digital paid media strategy, budget & forecasts.

    • Educate internal stakeholders regarding paid media and stay up to date on competitors, strategies, technologies, media developments and innovations.

    • Work with our legal team to approve ad copy, ad creative and landing page content.

    • Must be a strong writer in order to write landing pages and ad copy about new products with little direction and lots of ambiguity.

    • Experience developing messaging frameworks to derive value propositions.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 2+ years of experience running A/B tests across various digital paid platforms.

    • Self-starter and a cross team collaborator

    • Ability to manage and prioritize many projects at once autonomously in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

    • Data driven, goal-oriented and analytical

    • Extremely organized and a strong attention to detail

    • Creative thinker - ability to think outside the box to overcome obstacle

    • Google Ads Certified and/or Facebook Certified

    • Proficient in SQL, HTML, CSS, and other coding languages

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
