    You’re invited to apply to attend a unique leadership forum that will introduce you to the opportunities and culture of Wells Fargo. The two-day HBCU Undergraduate Forum is an exciting opportunity for students who self-identify as Black or African-American and attend an HBCU to learn more about Wells Fargo and prepare yourself for future opportunities in the financial services industry.

    Forum Activities

    • Workshops to develop your business acumen and enhance your professional skills
    • Panel discussions and senior speaker sessions
    • An exclusive opportunity to network and interact with analysts and senior leaders across the Wells Fargo platform including: Internal Audit, Enterprise Finance, Corporate Risk, Wells Fargo Technology, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Wealth & Investment Management, and Corporate & Investment Banking

    Target audience

    • The HBCU Undergraduate Forum is designed for high-achieving students who self-identify as Black or African-American and are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any major at an HBCU
    • Expected graduation date between December 2020 and May/June 2023
    • Students involved with relevant student organizations (i.e. NABA, Alpha Kappa Alpha, MLT) are strongly encouraged to apply

Applications will require a resume and short essay submission and are due February 23, 2020 at 11:59pm Central Time. Step 2: All applicants will receive a status on their application by mid-March.
