    DESCRIPTION:Provides HR Operational Excellence support to the overall HR organization.

    IMS: Manages the HR integrated master schedule, including reviewing and prioritizing IMS inputs with appropriate HRLT, proactively managing IMS conflicts, and determining which items are included in quarterly IMS document. Indirect Budget & Forecasting: Processes and manages HR Indirect budget, including gathering input to create and negotiate budget, working with Finance to establish finalized budget, and managing monthly report of functions. Facilitates budget forecast and allocation of budgets. Coordinate with and track POCs in each function to manage their functional budget. Offer budget management services to function. Reviews and audits reports (i.e. labor, ERS, safety) to communicate with organizations as necessary. Serves as integrator with Finance. Discretionary Resource Spending: Facilitates and monitors discretionary resource process (IT, NBF, Capital). Gathers inputs from HR leadership team; schedule and facilitate prioritization meeting with HR VP and stakeholders to vet submissions. Inputs submissions into DR DB and work with other organizations if seeking excess funding.

    Facilities: Coordinates facilities requirements, including de-conflicting large-scale office changes and identifying space for new team members. Serves as integrator with Aero Facilities department and/or other organizations around facility needs.

    HR Communications & Infrastructure: Manages access to HR Resource account and work to create one common repository for HR materials.

    HR Governance, Compliance, and Special Projects: Serves as POC for special project roles in HR organization, such as business continuity lead, contingency workforce plan, audit compliance, unemployment hearings, reduction in force, and Disaster Relief Fund, including ensuring individuals are on special projects and following up on decisions that are made. Facilitates special project teams (team creation / monitoring / project management / leading SIA events). Work with organizations to establish audit cadence. Conducts COMET training. Presents to BSI auditor and work results from any findings of BSI or DCMA. Coordinates updates to HR Aero codes. Oversee changes to Employee Handbook.

    Provides direction to vendors (e.g., PIL, Michael C. Fina, etc.) and approves invoices. Drives lateral connectivity and collaboration within Human Resources and across the enterprise. Delivers data-driven human resources solutions that are efficient, effective, and flexible. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or discipline.
