Human Resources and Talent Management - Summer Intern
The Talent Management intern will rotate throughout the Talent Management side of BNSFL’s HR department. Talent Management is defined as the methodically organized, strategic process of getting the right talent onboard and helping them grow to their optimal capabilities while keeping organizational objectives in mind. Talent management strategies are designed to attract, develop and retain employees through specific people initiatives.
You'll be working on hands-on projects to support employee engagement, employee satisfaction and retention through the course of this 10-week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects focused on Employment Branding, Learning & Development, Change Management and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. This experience will help you grow both professionally and personally.

Primary Functions:
The human resources intern will rotate throughout BNSFL’s HR department. Throughout the 10 week internship the intern will experience tasks in the following areas: Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Compensation, Learning & Development, Change Management, HRBP, and Diversity and Inclusion.
Basic Qualifications:
A highly effective human resources intern is detail oriented, organized, an effective communicator (verbal & written), has a dynamic personality, is willing to contribute, and has a strong understanding and application of confidentiality.
