Our ICG Technologists support and enable the success of our trading businesses and by utilizing a broad range of technologies; our team is at the forefront of innovation. We seek to drive our systems and processes toward scalable; low-latency; high-frequency enterprise systems to support Citi and our aggressive growth strategy. If none of these terms make sense right now; that's ok! Technology Analysts join an intensive training program in New York; where they receive in-depth education to learn the fundamentals of the Analyst role; as well as the nuances of Citi's culture.

    We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

    We're committed to teaching you the ropes. The 2-year Analyst Program starts in June and begins with a 6-week; in-depth training program. This role is a rotational program; where participants work in one of two tracks over two years: Software Development or Production Support. Here at Citi; rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to more than one area of the ICG Technology Business. Our rotational program will help you discover the best fit for your skills and long-term career goals at Citi. Analysts are eligible to participate in Citi's mentorship program; which will provide further training and guidance throughout the Program. Upon completion of the Program; top-performing Analysts are eligible for promotion to Assistant Vice President.

    Your time here will look something like this...

    Software Development:

    Design and build enterprise scale software solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging programming languages such as Java or C#, various web and database technologies and strong software engineering fundamentals

    Production Support:

    Swiftly adapt to changing environments and solve challenging problems through basic understandings of the capital markets, technical platform knowledge, as well as fundamental programming skills

  • Qualifications

    We want to hear from you if...

    • You are graduating between December 2019 and May 2020
    • You are pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or another tech related degree
    • A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred
    • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.
