About Indeed Hiring Specialists

The Hiring Specialist role is essential to the success of the Indeed Hire team. The Hiring Specialist will utilize subject matter expertise to provide outstanding customer service to jobseekers and employers. You are able to work more independently, utilizing your subject matter expertise to connect the dots and deliver real-time solutions for your partners and stakeholders. You will communicate directly with job seekers during the hiring process, pilot or test new processes and initiatives, or provide other candidate and client pipeline and platform support.
