Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic, INFORMATION DEVELOPER in AUSTIN, TX to join our IBM Cloud Team, who is responsive to market needs, to deliver value to our clients in a fast-changing cloud landscape. This team is dedicated to ensuring that the IBM Cloud is at the forefront of cloud technology, from data center design to network architecture to storage and compute clusters to flexible infrastructure services. We are building IBM's next generation cloud platform to deliver performance and predictability for our customers' most demanding workloads, at global scale and with leadership efficiency, resiliency and security. It is an exciting time, and as a team we are driven by this incredible opportunity to thrill our clients Your daily duties

• Plan, research, write, format, edit, and maintain internal technical content for the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) teams, such as runbooks, troubleshooting topics, compliance documentation, quick start guides, and/or videos.
• Collaborate with and write for a multi-disciplined audience in the IaaS organization, including network operators, internal service engineers, product developers, and training developers.
• Follow IBM style guides and standards to ensure common look and feel and a single voice.
• Seek continuous improvements and innovation; always suggests solutions when identifying problems.

• IBM Cloud experience
• Familiarity using corporate style and business guidelines and templates
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and Box
• Customer support experience
• Demonstrated internships in technical writing/information development
