    YOUR JOB

    As an RPA developer for the Intelligent Automation Team, you will be responsible for creating solutions & automations for the manual processes that exist across Indeed. This role will involve extensive collaborations with product managers, business analysts, and business process SMEs. The ideal candidate is a responsive, highly productive professional who has varied skills including RPA development, QA automation, analysis, & critical thinking. Our team is an ‘upstart’ and we love energetic self-starters who enjoy hands-on involvement and problem solving.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for solution design, development, & maintenance of RPA applications & their associated components. 

    • Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to define and refine automations, business rules, and exceptions.

    • Analyze process automation requirements and design robotic process automation solutions, architecture and logic.

    • Develop a comprehensive test suite of automated unit & regression tests for each process. 

    • Put customer success first, and include success metrics from the beginning of automating a process.

    • Implement Bot throughput logging, auditing, and exception handling.

    • Support, debug, and correct any issues with Production Bots as part of the IA/RPA CoE.

    • Develop and maintain documentation - Process Definition Documents (PDDs) for all Bots according to CoE standards.

    • Contribute to the development of standards and best-practices for automation development, QA, process monitoring and overall development lifecycle.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Strong communication & collaboration skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • 1+ yrs as a RPA Developer

    • UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification is desired

    • 0-2 years of experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)

    Preferred

    • Experience utilizing OCR or Chatbot Development

    • Experience providing support/ownership of live systems in production environments

    • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Google-doc APIs or other REST APIs a plus. 

    • Good knowledge in data sciences and data analytics and utilization of Machine learning algorithms in automation.

    • Mastery of at-least one object oriented programming language (C#/Java/Python/C++/ etc.) with knowledge of other multiple programming / scripting languages.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
