    The Role:

    In this ever-evolving position, you’ll help support the Influencer Relations Team with the execution of all influencer/talent campaigns, programs, and partnerships. You are a digital guru who’s obsessed with following brands, influencers and other noteworthy talent in social, especially on the newest and hottest platforms. You are a highly collaborative team player with the drive to complete projects on time and with excellence. Much of this role will also be about authentic relationship building – the team will rely on you to strengthen brand-to-influencer relationships. You are highly organized and detail-oriented.

    The Day to Day:

    Research and relationships (50%)

    • Engage daily (within 24 hours) with top Murad influencer social posts and stories
    • Manage influencer database and daily maintenance of metrics
    • Help manage influencer mailer lists; capture and log social posts through screen recordings and different platforms/services
    • Endlessly dig into influencer activity across the social-sphere (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat) to report on trends, content and collaborations
    • Constantly comb through our own social to find influencers/talent who love us (plus, new ones we need to connect with), then foster direct ongoing relationships
    • Make timely, impactful recommendations for activations and partnerships that will help grow the brand, based on your research
    • Proactively monitor industry trends and conversations to get ahead of the next “big idea” in influencer marketing
    • Own influencer relations strategy when it comes to birthdays, special events, thank you gifts, etc.

    Campaigns/program support (50%)

    • Assist with the planning and execution of all influencer events/initiatives, especially when it comes to influencer mailers – help brainstorm new & innovative concepts, assist in building copy, and get products sent out to appropriate vendors in a timely manner
    • Maintain product closet, order products, mail packages and refill products, write personalized notes to influencers, and provide other administrative support, as needed
    • Manage all influencer giveaway details and logistics (including selecting winners, fulfillment, etc.)

  • Qualifications

    What you should bring:

    • Recent Grads Preferred
    • Excellent judgment to drive optimal brand engagement in online beauty/brand communities and identify/escalate potential issues/crises
    • Passion for beauty, lifestyle and wellness industry
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for PC
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
    • Energetic, solution-oriented team player with strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
    • Stay up-to-date on new social platforms and tools; monitor competitors and other social media leaders for learnings, insights and best practices to remain a leader in skincare
    • Demonstrate 24/7 approach to responsibilities
