    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As an Internal Auditor you are a problem solver who fosters cross-functional relationships to build consensus and drive positive change. The Internal Auditor should possess strong communication and project management skills as responsibilities include supporting and/or leading complex operational audits with focus on digital innovation and technology platforms. Internal Audit associates are a valued resource within the organization and have the ability to transition into Operational, IT, or Finance/Accounting roles after 3+ years. We are looking for a naturally-curious self-starter with strong critical thinking skills who successfully demonstrates flexibility and agility in a fast-paced and dynamic, digitally-led environment.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Support and/or lead operational audits, including integrated audits with emphasis in the digital and technology audit portfolio
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and document risks and design audit programs for processes not previously audited
    • Identify gaps and opportunities, clearly articulate potential impact and root cause analysis, and partner with the business to develop action plans
    • Leverage data analytics to support the audit process (planning, fieldwork and reporting)
    • Support IT general controls and automated control testing, including effective collaboration with internal team, external audit, IT, and Controller's organization
  • Qualifications

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, accounting, or other professional business field
    • 3+ years of experience, preferably with operational audit or consulting experience in retail, digital, or manufacturing
    • Strong planning, project management, and analytical skills
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, embrace change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with data analysis; advanced use of excel and/or proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau or Alteryx is a plus
    • Professional certification (CIA, CISA, or CPA preferred)
