    We have an exciting role as the International Marketing Coordinator. This position reports directly to the International Marketing Manager in the Global Programs department. The main responsibilities include:

    • Assist the International Marketing Manager in all marketing initiatives supporting our subsidiary markets (US, UK, AUS, CAN, GER) with a focus on DESM (developing emerging subsidiary markets) of China, India, France, and Italy.
    • Create and Support the development of in-market initiatives and programs that will grow the business, while maintaining the Dermalogica brand ideals.
    • Facilitate the communication and sharing out of information & assets between HQ and subsidiary and emerging markets.

    Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

    Subsidiary & DESM Market Support

    • Support International Marketing Manager in fulfilling marketing requests from global markets
    • Responsible for coordinating monthly and quarterly global marketing meetings – communication, scheduling, technical support, presentation compilation, asset sharing & feedback loops
    • Outreach and compilation of all market submissions for monthly global e-newsletter
    • Gathering of DESM monthly marketing initiatives & being proactive in supporting their needs
    • In charge of asset creation from content development, photoshoot organization, design approvals to market share-outs
    • Manage and execute influencer seeding program mailers, influencer communication to analytics
    • Coordinate live streams & manage logistics, scheduling, analytics
    • Monitor, review, and report on all market social activities for global share-out

    General Support:

    • Maintain Global Programs assets folders – market outreach, compilation
    • Responsible for creating & processing vendor invoicing
    • General administrative duties including but not limited to PowerPoint presentation updates, Excel report updates, Sample shipments, etc.
  • Qualifications

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • 1-2 years relevant work or experience working in a marketing function – ideally within the beauty/wellness/health industries
    • Personal interest and ability to work with different cultures and management styles required
    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • General understanding and passion for marketing, social media & the skincare industry

    Other Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to work proactively, independently, and possess creative problem-solving skills
    • Must be resourceful and quick to adapt!
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple internal departments and different markets and teams
    • Possess strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
    • Capable of handling multiple projects and demands
    • Effective communicator – including written, verbal and presentation skills
