We’re looking for a Job Listings Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for vetting and approving all of the job listings that are posted on WayUp. We pride ourselves in providing amazing opportunities for our users; as the Job Listings Coordinator, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring this holds true!
Please note: this job requires the following schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:30PM
- Saturday + Sundays for one hour each day (working remotely from your computer)
You will be the gatekeeper of all jobs posted on WayUp. You will work closely with our Sales Team to ensure that all of the jobs posted on WayUp look their best and that they’re truly awesome opportunities for our users! The ideal applicant will have a desire to learn and improve on a daily basis, and is the kind of person that views every day as an opportunity to accomplish new things.
Vet each new company that posts to ensure high quality, safe listings for our users
Ensure all job descriptions are clear and concise
Visually optimize listings
Work cross functionally with marketing and sales
Build rapport and trust with a growing customer base by providing suggestions for improvement (when needed) and educating them on WayUp’s best practices.
Manage multiple priorities and goals over each day and week.
Efficiency is everything in this role! We promise our clients that they’re listings will be approved within 24 hours… so it’s your job to make it happen! :)
