We are seeking a Jr Account Manager to become an integral part of our growing organization.

Our clients include independent advisors as well as regional and national financial advisory firms.

This position requires an energetic, detail-oriented and client-focused individual, who enjoys building relationships. We enjoy trusted partnerships with our clients and we expect the same from you. We are looking for a young (at heart) entrepreneurial professional with good business instincts, who takes charge and delivers! Attitude is everything!

Responsibilities:

• Manage advisor accounts
• Respond to advisor inquiries and complaints
• Initiate proactive calls to advisors
• Explain service, renew and upgrade advisors
• Check SEC/FINRA database to ensure advisor qualifications
• Conducts monthly check-ins to ensure client success

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of account management/customer service experience
• Effective communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal communication via phone
• Strong knowledge of computers, internet/search engines, Excel, Word etc.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable with Internet Marketing, SEM, SEO and Financial Industry a plus
• Education level - Associates or greater
