As a part of our People team, the BENEFITS SUMMER INTERN will be a resource for all Klaviyos at different stages of their careers. Your customers are our employees and other People team functions. You will learn how benefits programs work to develop employee communications, support the Benefits team with HRIS organization and data changes, complete research and audits needed for the department, and more. Most of your time will be spent on providing excellent customer service to our employees and critical transactional work such as processing systems benefits events, facilitating change management communications, compliance tasks, and maintaining data integrity. This is a fantastic opportunity for a rising college senior with an interest in a career in People who wants exposure to HR topics and issues. You'll also work closely with our People Tech, People Analytics, Compensation, Payroll and Shared Services teams to round out your People Operations expertise.
