    What can I expect from Crowe’s Summer Leadership Program, Learn2Lead (L2L)?

    L2L is designed to provide leading students from select universities and colleges, the opportunity to learn more about Crowe’s core values, energizing culture, and our client services. While having fun and developing yourself professionally, you will network with Crowe professionals and engage in a variety of activities. Over the course of two days, programming may include team building exercises, leadership presentations, and/or professional business skill workshops. These activities are aimed at educating you on the leadership qualities needed to excel in a Consulting and professional services firm.

    Furthermore, by participating in L2L, you will also be evaluated and considered for future opportunities with Crowe including a 2022 summer internships in the areas described below.

    Internship Opportunity Following the Program:

    At Crowe, we believe that the primary function of an internship is to familiarize students with public accounting and consulting work through meaningful participation on a variety of engagements. As an Intern with Crowe, you will have the opportunity to work as a team member on diverse client engagements including manufacturing, not-for-profit, government, healthcare, education, construction, dealerships, food and agriculture, and financial institution clients. Our team of professionals continually strives to achieve value for our clients, our people and our Firm while at the same time adding value to the profession and the public trust.

    As a Consulting Intern your primary function will be: work on diverse teams with experienced experts to problem-solve and present constructive solutions. We will enable an entrepreneurial and innovative environment for you to deliver transformative consulting services and to develop deeply specialized skill sets demanded in today’s market.

    Your career could launch in one of the following areas:

    Financial Services

    Project team areas of expertise include credit and financial modelling and validation, compliance management systems evaluation and development, risk and control evaluation and development, compliance reviews, and internal audits.

    Manufacturing and Distribution

    You will work with clients in the manufacturing industry to help transform their business requirements into a state-of-the-art technology solution that will enable their organization to exploit new opportunities, engage better with their customers and compete globally in the dynamic “Cloud-First” era.

    Life Sciences

    Assist Life Sciences clients with Internal Audits, Compliance Reviews, Organizational Change, and Independent Monitoring.

    Technology, Media and Telecommunications

    Assist Technology, Media, and Telecommunications clients with Internal Audits, Compliance Reviews, Organizational Change, and Independent Monitoring.

    Healthcare

    Work on a team that is responsible for executing audit process and results, delivering a high-quality Crowe product, and communicating upward with the ability to balance the needs of the client with Crowe business needs.

    Public Sector

    Assist Public Sector clients with a best-practices approach to designing and implementing the processes and systems needed to meet accounting and regulatory requirements through accounting consulting.

  • Qualifications
    • Current Sophomore or Junior
    • Minimum 3.2 cumulative and major GPA, 3.4 GPA preferred
    • Pursuing Degree in
