Austin 50,000 - 66,000 USD per year

YOUR JOB

As a Learning & Development Associate Learning Architect, you will create resources and educational materials to support Job Seeker Operations and our stakeholders with manager guidance. You will also maintain these resources to ensure we are communicating the most up to date information and continuously monitor its success. The successful candidate will have excellent skills in communication as well as visual design.

WHO YOU ARE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and edit comprehensive and interactive trainings and reference materials to optimize learning

• Ensure all trainings, eLearnings, assessments, and support documentation are executed in a timely manner and are on a maintenance schedule

• Facilitate virtual training sessions that align with organizational objectives

• Grow and maintain your knowledge of relevant Indeed products and internal processes

• Assist with execution of special projects as needed

• Able to easily adapt to change - sometimes daily

• Patience and understanding of different types of learning

• Collaborate with stakeholders and learners to define and document learning objectives and effectiveness

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to design and create learning content

• Able to facilitate training needs analysis to evaluate the current state of learning materials and propose metrics-based solutions

• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

• Proficient with office productivity tools (Google Suite)

• Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive

• Passion for helping others 

• Experience in designing and/or facilitating trainings for adult learning is a plus

• Experience in using learning development tools such as Adobe CC, Articulate 360/Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, InDesign, Elucidat, Vyond, or other video/audio editing and content development tools is a plus

SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
