    YOUR JOB

    Indeed is looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for launching new features, new campaigns, and optimizing current campaigns for SMB employers posting jobs on Indeed.  The Marketing Manager will work across departments to provide a world-class customer experience to our SMB audience with a relentless focus on communicating the value of using Indeed to hire, and adopting the right products for their hiring needs. The ideal candidate is hyper-analytical with extensive experience executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaigns to identify necessary optimizations. You ensure users get the right message through the right channel at the right time. You are highly collaborative, and have experience working cross-functionally with product, research, finance, UX, brand, analytics teams, sales, customer service, and external agencies. You are passionate about testing, with vast experience designing holdout and A/B tests. You are innovative, resourceful, and extremely organized - able to hit aggressive deadlines and goals. You execute quickly, focusing on the highest impact opportunities for the amount of time and resources required. 

    HOW YOU WORK:

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, design and execute online B2B customer lifecycle campaigns with a focus on go-to-market strategy 

    • Rigorously test new channels and continually optimize current channels

    • Implement tracking mechanisms to attribute conversions, and measure success

    • Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Product teams to develop messaging, creative and promotions

    • Work with Client Services and Sales to ensure coordination of campaigns

    • Analyze large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data and work with data analysts to identify key opportunities and areas for optimizations. 

    • Collaborate with management and product teams to set and hit aggressive targets for driving deeper product adoption, and customer spend.

    • Monitor and report on campaign progress weekly / monthly / quarterly

    • Support training and mentoring other team members in execution when needed

    • Share learnings across the team to uplevel performance, and improved customer experience

    WHO YOU ARE

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a B2B audience

    • Experience in CRM email marketing, using marketing automation tools (Marketo and MessageGears a plus)

    • Experience with logistical planning around complex projects with tight deadlines

    • Proven ability to execute campaigns in various channels to shift customer behavior

    • Extremely strong collaboration skills - with experience working across other marketing teams, product, customer service, sales, user experience, engineering, and others.

    • Highly competent and self motivated. Comfortable working in an unstructured environment

    • Strong analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results

    • Proficiency in SQL or related querying language (a plus)

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
