    YOUR JOB

    Indeed is looking for a SMB lifecycle operations specialist to execute the operations of multi-channel campaigns to drive the customer experience for small and medium sized businesses. They have a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, email, marketing, and campaign execution. They will work closely with marketing, product, business intelligence teams to support product adoption and support strategies to increase upsell, retention and reactivations across 12+ markets. They will be responsible for executing email campaigns through our marketing technology platforms. This includes migrations from legacy systems, net new campaign development, batch email support, and internationalization of existing campaigns. 

    Successful candidates are very organized with extensive experience building processes and documentation of current campaigns. You have executed multiple email campaigns and have experience with audience building, message design, dynamic content build, testing, and reporting results. You are highly collaborative and have experience working cross functionally with different organizations such as sales, customer service, product, marketing, analytic teams, and external agencies. You are passionate about testing and measuring the impact of your campaigns. You prioritize your work based on the most impactful activities and are innovative and resourceful to get your work done. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the international marketing team to make the lifecycle strategies/email campaigns come to life. Provide the expertise and recommendations for building strategic initiatives for workflows, triggered campaigns, personalization, dynamic content, lead scoring, and optimization planning.

    • Develop/execute email campaigns including audience building, message design, dynamic content build, personalization, testing, scheduling, and reporting.

    • Build and own processes and documentation for all marketing automation activities including email workflows, testing, programs and campaigns, segmentations, data mapping, and more.

    • Build and own processes to support email marketing automation migrations from legacy platforms to newer marketing technology. This includes marketing technology capabilities within Indeed’s platforms.

    • Build and own processes to localize top performing campaigns to top international markets and provide documentation to international stakeholders of current campaigns.

    • Execute testing calendar in marketing automation tools and provide marketing automation platform reporting and test insights. 

    • Provide email reporting support for email engagement and email health scores (open rates, click through rates, conversion rates) in partnership with BI/analyst teams. Identify opportunities for reporting improvements and tools. (e.g. Tableau, Internal Dashboards)

    • Identify data that is needed for upcoming campaigns and partner with marketing analysts and product teams to map accurate data from source to marketing automation fields. Initiate imports of new product fields needed for campaigns.  Provide documentation and support for new data imports into marketing automation tools.

    • Actively monitor and maintain email deliverability and list integrity including initiatives including re-opt-in campaigns for unengaged audiences.

    • Manage marketing automation tool housekeeping including archiving campaigns, building clean file structures, and leveraging consistent naming conventions.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 2+ years of experience managing technically complex marketing campaigns within marketing automation platforms with a database minimum of 1 million

    • Strong understanding of CRM marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices

    • Proven experience designing and executing multiple high-performance CRM marketing campaigns at the same time

    • Able to pull performance reports and analyze the data to identify trends and optimizations

    • Experience with marketing automation solutions such as Salesforce, Marketo, Braze, Iterable, SendGrid, MessageGears, and MailChimp

    • Experience integrating CRM and marketing automation strategies with the sales funnel

    • Experience with testing and email deliverability tools like Litmus

    • Experience with developing and executing multivariate tests, complex multi-channel journeys, ad-hoc campaigns, and automated campaigns

    • HTML, CSS, SQL, and technical knowledge is a plus

    • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus. Experience executing campaigns in a non-English language is a plus. 

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented. Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, airtable, JIRA.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
