Springboard’s Machine Learning Engineering Career Track is an online AI/Machine Learning career development program that includes 500-600 hours of coursework and culminates with a job offer for our graduates in the artificial intelligence field!

The program is an advanced career development program for people who have strong software engineering skills and industry experience and who want to transition into the Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence space.

The program follows a project-based learning methodology with the goal of supporting you to build your own Machine Learning Engineering portfolio. Most of the candidates who enroll in our program do it because they want gain the skills required to:

• Deploy and scale a Machine Learning systems to production
• Build a Deep Learning prototype
• Write their own Machine Learning algorithms.

The program is 100% online and designed to be completed in 6 months (~20 hrs/week). You may complete it sooner if you devote more hours to work on it a week.

Every accepted trainee is paired with a professional Data Scientist working in the field. You mentor guides you through 1:1 weekly video conference calls.

Near the completion of the program, you work alongside the Springboard Career Services team who will guide you through the process of getting a job offer in the data science field.

In order to be considered for the Machine Learning Engineering program and be placed in for a guaranteed job offer eligibility you need to meet the the following prerequisites: At least 1yr of professional experience as a data scientist or software engineer using a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++). HTML, CSS and SQL DO NOT meet this requirement AND Hold Bachelor's degree or higher (e.g. Bachelor's in any subject, Master's degree, Doctorate, Professional degree)

OR

Hold a Master’s or PhD degree that includes extensive quantitative and programming experience, such as in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Informatics, Economics, Operations Research, Applied Stats, etc. Please note that while the program is 100% online, you must be living in or be willing to relocate to one of the following cities:
