We are looking for college students to join GE Appliances, a Haier company (GEA). Our GE Appliances Digital co-op position offers an opportunity for a bright, driven student to work with experienced digital professionals on a variety of projects and sites, with exposure to Product Ratings & Reviews, New Product Introductions (NPI), product fulfillment and consumer support, along with the potential for future exposure to other digital areas.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & DO

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

This Co-op will report to and provide daily assistance to the digital leaders for Product Ratings & Reviews and product sampling for New Product Introductions (NPI).

• They will work with the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to develop product sampling campaigns for 40+ NPIs over the next year.
• Maintain data collection of sampling reviews, including keeping vendor on strict timeline for review collection, in order to support a timely product launch.
• Work closely with Product ordering and fulfillment teams to understand shipping methods, installation requirements, delivery restrictions, etc for specific appliance products.
• Support daily Ratings & Reviews bugs/questions submitted by digital team and product teams.
• Drive special projects as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must be enrolled in college pursuing a Business or Marketing degree and have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Students enrolled in other areas will be considered if the candidate demonstrates applicable skills including business knowledge, analytical capability, curiosity grasp of the big picture and drive to deliver.
• Must be able to work up to 20 hours per week during school semesters and full-time in the summer; during the following business hours: Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Must have at least 12 months of education remaining before graduation.

• Be reliable; able to maintain high attendance standards.
• Ability and confidence to identify issues and develop implementable solutions.

Most positions are located in Louisville, KY (our Corporate HQ). Assignments are also available in Camden, SC; Decatur, AL; LaFayette, GA; Selmer, TN. Housing and relocation assistance is available for eligible students.
