Citi’s Global Consumer Technology (GCT) organization is looking for full-time Analysts to join the team in Dallas, TX. GCT is powering the digital transformation of Citi’s Global Consumer Bank (GCB) across the world and supports Citi's drive to “Be the Best for our Clients” by delivering an experience that is simpler, better, faster and consistently excellent across channels through industry-leading technology. The GCT Analyst Program is a full-time, two-year program that puts technology careers on the fast track by providing challenging assignments, access to senior leadership, and the ability to take charge of your development through two 12-month rotations. Upon completion of the Program, top-performing Analysts are eligible for promotion.
We’re committed to teaching you the ropes, and this program will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to make an impact right away. The two-year Analyst Program starts in June and begins with six weeks of in-depth training. This role is a rotational program that is intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to more than one area of the GCT organization, as well as help you discover the best fit for your skills and long-term career goals at Citi. And our commitment to building your skills doesn’t end there. Analysts are eligible to participate in Citi’s mentorship program, which will provide further training and guidance throughout the Program. Upon completion of the Program, top-performing Analysts are eligible for promotion to Assistant Vice President.
During their two years in the program, Analysts will build the necessary professional skills for future positions by participating in two rotations.
