Dermalogica is looking for a self-starter and outgoing intern to support the National Account Sales team. TheNational Account Sales Support Internwill be responsible for performing duties assigned by National Account Manager which will include overall Sales and Marketing support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist National Accounts team in updating Planogram on an as-needed basis
• Assist and coordinate all A&P requests, ship monthly training gratis packs, assemble buyer’s gifts, events boxes, etc.
• Work closely with National Accounts Coordinator to update re-order forms, opening order forms, and ensure that the most current version is uploaded on SFDC.
• Manage the National Accounts email inbox to ensure that all messages and requests are handled timely and appropriately.
• Work with National Account Manager to develop and update quarterly BC Planner.

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Corporate office environmentrequired
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPointpreferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with working in a team environment
• Can-do and positive attitude with a willingness to learn on the job and enjoy problem-solving
