Houzz is looking for friendly, driven individuals to join our E-Commerce Pre-Sales Team. We are seeking candidates who are goal-oriented and excellent multi-taskers. The ideal candidate has a competitive spirit, loves working with customers, is tech-savvy, and has strong work ethic.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Use consultative sales approach to help inbound customers make purchasing decisions and upsell

• Establish relationships with new and returning Houzz customers through phone and email outreach and assist them with purchasing products for ongoing and new home renovation and design projects

• Develop expertise regarding products available for purchase on Houzz

• Achieve personal objectives related to monthly sales revenue, customer satisfaction and additional metrics as provided

• Provide exceptional Customer Service for Houzz Marketplace customers

• Previous sales experience working with customers/clients

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent multi-tasker

• Superior customer service skills

• Strong computer skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Ability to think on your feet, with exceptional problem-solving abilities

• Team oriented, helpful, professional, focused and positive

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
