Project description for operations internship:

To assist with the implementation of a new manufacturing layout for the Tribrid assembly area focused on the QE recertification process. This will include a Value stream map of the process, working with assembly and manufacturing engineering to document requirements, conceptualizing the new lay out, building list of required tools and facilities assistance to implement the new layout, gathering of quotes and then assisting with the implementation of the new layout.
