    US Information Solutions (USIS) - Operations Summer Internship

    Equifax is looking for highly motivated, and energized individuals that are interested in being a part of our journey as we help people live their financial best!! Beginning with our Customers, our US Information Solutions (USIS) Operations team is laser-focused on enabling growth for our business. Our teams are committed to transforming the way that we think about our work, and how we do our work. This is a great opportunity for any rising Junior/Senior that is interested in learning, and understanding an end to end operations model that is responsible for delivery of high tech complex solutions.

    During the 12 week program, Interns will be a part of a team focused on key initiatives connected to one of 4 Operational Pillars – Speed, Ease, Quality, and Customer Experience. Specifically, Interns will:

    • Work on projects and have an opportunity to interact and collaborate across Operations teams, and other EFX teams (IT, Digital and Analytics, Sales) to learn and develop critical thinking and analytical skills.
    • Receive feedback and have engagement activities with SVP USIS Operations.
    • Engage and network with Operations Senior Leadership as well as with other employee professional resource groups.
    • Lead a readout/discussion at the conclusion of the Internship, on their experience including presenting an overview of their project, making recommendations for implementation, and discussing key learnings that were experienced during their journey.

    Internship Opportunity Areas:

    • Data Contributor Services: This team focuses on fundamental building blocks of our products and services – data sources – ensuring accurate and timely ingestion of data sources and providing the level of support our Data Contributors expect of us.
    • Client Implementation & Enablement: This team is a combination of the Client Implementation, Customer Success and Connector teams. This team ensures that we execute on the delivery of our products and services – delivering to our Customers’ expectations for quality, speed, and ease of doing business with us.
    • Solutions Delivery: This team is focused on providing pre-sales design support and post sales delivery within defined services levels across a suite of transaction and project based product offerings.
    • Business Care: This team is a combination of Business Customer Care and Customer Experience teams focused on, delivering a customer-centric approach around the Care processes and overall Customer Experience functions.
    • Quality Management: This team focuses on quantitatively managed quality framework (build to deploy), and works closely with the USIS Ops lines of business to improve the quality maturity of the Ops Organization and reduce escaped defects.

    Key areas of skill development include:

    • Project Management; Process Improvement
    • Understanding and completing business requirement specifications
    • Leading brainstorming sessions & gathering feedback from key stakeholders and teams
    • System development and enhancement methodology; analyzing data
    • Partnering cross-functionally to achieve goals
    • Executive presence as interactions with Sr. Leaders take place
  • Qualifications
    • Rising Junior/Senior in college preferred areas of studies include, but are not limited to: Business, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems
    • Years of Relevant Work Experience: 1 year work experience (internship, or other work experience)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical skills
    • Process/detail oriented
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Project management experience (Belt Certification a plus)
    • Organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
