Ingredion has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated student to become an Operations Lead Intern for summer 2021. You will work closely with an experienced Operations Lead as well as others on the Operations Team and will be responsible for applying concepts that focus on people skills and building trust throughout the group. Focused projects will be completed in specific areas to help optimize and streamline the jobs of the hourly workforce with a heavy emphasis on partnership and collaboration with the workforce. In addition to this, the focus will be placed on techniques to handle the hourly workforce in accordance with daily productivity, quality and safety goals as well as normal daily operational activities around production scheduling and maintenance.
