The opportunity
When you join EY EDGE as a PAS Reward Associate Analyst I, you’ll be at the heart of the critical mission to build a better working world by applying your knowledge, skills and experience in assisting clients in meeting their business objectives. What to expect
You’ll spend your time working with core audit teams by helping them review company disclosures for defined benefit pension plans and assessing if they comply with accounting standards. You’ll have a real impact from your first day, applying actuarial and/or analytical skills to diverse employee benefits financial modeling, operational/vendor evaluation and compliance matters. You’ll also collect and analyze data, monitor project timelines and document your findings. As part of that, you’ll need to be a critical thinker who is able to take on complex projects and communicate technical knowledge simply and effectively to both clients and team members.
