    Indeed.com is seeking a B2B SEM/Paid Search Specialist to grow a large-scale digital acquisition program across the globe. This is a chance for an experienced online marketer to work on a site with 200M unique visitors a month across more than 60 countries and 30 languages.

    The Paid Search Marketing Specialist will work with the acquisition marketing team, the SMB/Mid-Market/Enterprise organizations, and International Strategy to help companies find their best candidates by using Indeed. The ideal specialist has experience managing lead acquisition SEM with little supervision with particular expertise in paid search channels including Google/Microsoft. You can work independently, are innovative and resourceful. Although you are mindful of ad copy, you are also analytical — data ultimately drives your decision making process. You are an excellent collaborator, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of your initiatives. You are not satisfied with the status quo and always look for ways to make the program better.

    We’re looking for a Paid Search Marketing Specialist to join our growing Online Acquisition team. This person will be reporting into the Senior Marketing Program Manager, and will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing and reporting Paid Search campaigns. To be successful in this role, this person is required to have the following skills and experience:

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage SEM campaigns for B2B user acquisition and reactivation

    • Work with the channel lead to manage priorities, identify opportunities, develop marketing strategies and paid budget effectively with a focus on KPI performance

    • Design and develop optimization strategies to maximize ROI and meet the KPIs goals

    • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to improve efficiency and maintain a low acquisition cost

    • Analyze and report results to the team and stakeholders and be the subject expert on SEM and other paid media channels

    • Plan and execute A/B test to improve campaign performance

    • Work closely with internal and external teams to develop quarterly and annual acquisition goals and budget

    • Collaborate with partner teams to communicate performance and identify testing opportunities in an ongoing basis

    WHO YOU ARE

    Skills:

    • 3+ years of in house digital marketing experience 

    • 2+ years of managing campaigns for multiple countries in different languages

    • Expert in SEM using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines

    • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and B2B customer acquisition 

    • Experience in social, retargeting, mobile app and other digital acquisition channels is a plus

    • Extreme resourcefulness to work independently and self driven in a fast paced environment

    • Analytical mindset, natural curiosity and stay up to date with SEM and paid media trend 

    • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail

    • Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, landing page optimization

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Working knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus

    • Bilingual is a plus
