    YOUR JOB

    The partner development specialist role is based in Enterprise,  Candidate Delivery. You will be responsible for securing and maintaining partnerships for Indeed. Conducting monthly media channel performance reviews and ensuring compliance with our Partner Code of Conduct.   Within this role, you will exercise deep market understanding of media coverage and conduct research analysis to identify growth opportunities responsibles for managing the commercial agreements put in place with media channels and strategic partners to ensure performance targets are being met.   This role is a mix between partner management and business development. 

    This role will focus on the below core areas:

    Global Market Assessment:

    • Maintain expert knowledge of the global market landscape for audience and vertical reach through media channels and strategic partners.

    • Work with Enterprise Sales Strategy to capture client needs and explore where partners can help us to address them

    Partner Management:

    • Manage Indeed’s existing relationship with media publisher partners and develop them into long term strategic opportunities that drive growth in key vertical categories across multiple country markets

    • Review global media performance analytics and liaise with the media operations team to guide budget decisions

    • Gather feedback from publisher partners on technical requirements, updates and request  to report to appropriate internal stakeholders

    • Track daily partner activity and forecasting updates in Salesforce

    • Communicate insights internally to relevant stakeholders.

    • Manage account development plans in collaboration with partners and the business to maximize benefits for our customers, our business and our partners.

    • Act as a liaison to relay partner technical roadblocks, feedback, and market updates back to appropriate stakeholders 

    • Translate market feedback into product requirements, and collect market intelligence to help guide the overall direction of the program.

    • Facilitate discussions with partners to provide assistance and guidance on revenue opportunities, content strategy, and adoption of product updates

    Business Development:

    • Identify and negotiate new publishers partnerships, managing execution of agreement from beginning to end

    • Maintain competitor and emerging market intelligence to identify areas for high growth.

    • Manage a partner pipeline of prospect and leads within Salesforce

    • Qualify new partner prospects and ensure alignment within Indeed’s mission and values.

    • Encourage and drive adoption of new opportunities developing within the strategic partners and publisher media channels teams

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 2+ Years of professional experience with a focus on performance marketing and advertising operations

    • Ability to articulate Indeed’s value proposition to new partners and the framework for partnerships

    • Comfortable prospecting new partners and executing new agreements

    • Familiarity and working knowledge of programmatic advertising.

    • Aptitude for pulling and analyzing performance data to drive business decisions

    • Able to work off of their own initiative and provide insights driven by performance data.

    • Experience in setting, managing and analyzing advertising campaigns.

    • Team player with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate and influence internal and external partners located across various time zones.

    • Energized to work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role within a rapidly developing product landscape.

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
