    FINAL INTERN APPLICATION DEADLINE: DECEMBER 1, 2020

    JOB SCOPE:

    • Reach out to NPS respondents and gather feedback
    • Synthesize and prioritize NPS related feature requests, fixes and feedback
    • Product competitive analysis and presentation to key stakeholders to share knowledge across departments
    • Assist Product Managers in product development, prioritization, feedback gathering and execution

    LEARNING SKILLS/OUTCOMES:

    • Gain knowledge and expertise on existing products within the chat and collaboration space.
    • Product development and cross functional team experience working with design, engineering and PMs.
    • Usability and research skills - reaching out to customers and existing users to gather feedback and collate them into meaningful data points

    AVAILABILITY:

    • Full-time or Part-time internship [10-week internship]
    • Must be available to start either January 26,2021
  • Qualifications
    • Background in computer science or engineering.
    • 3 rd / 4 th year undergraduate or MBA/MS students preferred
    • Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems and work well with cross functional teams.
    • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
    • Familiarity and appreciation of chat applications.
    • A hungry entrepreneurial and "can do" spirit and insatiable will to get stuff done.
