    We are looking for a passionate person to help support the Consumer product line and use cases for the North American market.

    • Strategy- contribute to the strategy by making recommendations informed by consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and analytics to drive marketing, assortment, and experience improvements
    • Product and Project Management- support and, in some cases, lead new product introductions, working with both internal and external manufacturers. Assist Product Managers with projects spanning site merchandising, pricing, marketing, and customer research.
    • Operational Support- manage day-to-day site and product setup issues, helping to ensure customers have a seamless experience when working with Vista
    • Reporting- create reports and pull data across the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for the measurement of business-critical metrics, monitoring and developing your own insights and recommendations for the product manager
    • Understand the Customer – continuously testing, enhancing, and personalizing the customer experience.  You are customer obsessed and want to meet all their use case needs
    • Interpersonal Skills- demonstrates ability to engage with key stakeholders, exchange information and ask clarifying questions

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or relevant field
    • 0-2 years of product marketing, marketing strategy, e-commerce buying and/or site experience
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated examples of using data to solve a problem and influence future investments
    • Experience in learning and implementing standards and processes with a strong focus on operational excellence
    • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

     

    NICE TO HAVE:

    • Experience with a site analytics platform such as Adobe or Google Analytics
