    The Enterprise organization focuses on innovating hiring solutions for the largest employers in the world. Along with this aspiration comes a series of problem solving opportunities centered around talent attraction, recruitment automation, marketplace and partnership integration, and enabling a one stop shop seamless experience for Enterprise customers with Indeed. 

    THE TEAM:

    The Enterprise Analytics team focuses on producing, surfacing, and actioning data driven insights so that the Enterprise org can go faster and grow faster. We are students of an ever-growing business, and thus we constantly study how customers interact with our products, and what hiring outcomes these interactions drive. 

    We are looking for an analyst to join our growing Enterprise Analytics function. Specifically, this role will focus on analytical problem solving for products that fall in our Enterprise business. You will have an opportunity to partner / engage with various product managers / engineers / strategy leads on understanding the talent space, and how we can help influence automation efforts in some of the most remedial tasks that hiring managers / recruiters face in today’s recruiting environment. 

    AS A STRATEGIST IN ENTERPRISE ANALYTICS, YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:

    • LEARN how our products interact with each other, and how our customers use Indeed to optimize for hiring.

    • SHAPE the way we leverage KPI’s to measure effectiveness within the Recruitment Automation space. 

    • BECOME an expert at understanding key performance metrics and drivers. 

    • BUILD and constantly iterate on critical metrics to ensure we are adapting to business needs. 

    • PARTNER cross functionally within Operations, Engineering, Sales Strategy, to accelerate cross fx alignment.

    • INNOVATE different ways of combining data sets from various sources to augment our analytical literacy.   

    • TEST new ways of acquiring external data to augment our existing customer databases.

    WHAT WOULD SET YOU APART:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Finance, Technical Engineering, or a related quantitative field

    • 2+ years of experience working in analytics / strategy / data oriented professions. 

    • A proven track record of of working with complex data models to generate fast and accurate SQL queries 

    • Experience scripting ETL process using languages like Python to go beyond the standard functions of SQL and create enhanced datasets

    • Experience collecting business requirements from cross-functional partners and creating data products from them with limited supervision

    • Experience connecting external data sources to Google Sheets and apply tools in Sheets such as pivot tables and charting 

    • You know how to effectively communicate complex problems to high level stakeholders.

    • You have a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to performance and learning new skills.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
