Project Management Intern

As a WEX Health Project Management Intern, you will assist the Client Management team with the partner relationships within the Health Account Services team. The Client Management team is responsible for building and maintaining the processes, product and platforms for our partners. You’ll gain valuable industry experience, have the opportunity to ask lots of questions, make valuable career contacts, and get paid doing it.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner Branding

• Responsible for assisting the Client Management Team with all branding needs for our partners. This includes creating and updating all forms, portal branding, and notifications. Projects
• Responsible for managing all projects assigned and working with internal teams as appropriate. Partner Meetings
• Attend partner meetings to help coordinate projects and branding needs as requested by Client Managers.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or other related fields
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Preferred but not required experience with Healthcare or related field
• Experience working with software and tools on a day to day basis (Office, Outlook, Web)
• Must have good written and verbal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
