Dermalogica is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and conscientious Intern for the Public Relations and Influencer team. The Intern will be a team support role for PR at our corporate headquarters in Carson, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Media monitoring, including clipping and logging press mentions to the media tracker and monthly clip folders.
• Updating and maintaining influencer databases across multiple platforms
• Assisting with influencer product mailers and events
• Fulling product requests, including requesting, packaging and sending out products to media, makeup artists, digital influencers, and brand partners as needed.
• Manage PR closet inventory.
• Providing administrative support such as submitting invoices and inputting creative briefs as needed
• Assisting with monthly departmental reports and PR/Social meeting decks
• Ad hoc PR/influencer projects and tasks
• Must be available for at least 24 hours per week.
• Must have OWN reliable transportation.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in PR and social media
• Interest in the skin care, health, and beauty industries
• Ability to think creatively and execute tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
• Able to multi-task and outstanding attention to details are essential.
• Must have own transportation.
