During the session, they’ll be tackling issues such as the experiences they’ve faced in the industry, and giving their advice on how you can bring your true self to work every day. They’ll be opening up about their personal experiences at the bank and how these experiences have changed over time with new conversations arising around equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
