    Shift Manager Requirements:

    Shift Managers lead shifts, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit and provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Food safety, quality food production & inventory management
    • Internal communication, safety & security
    • Customer service, maintenance & cleanliness
    • Crew management, training & scheduling

    Department Manager Requirements:

    Department Managers lead a specific department to maximize output, achieve goals, delegate tasks and collaborate with other Managers.

    Guest Service Managers:

    • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experiences
    • Maximize ROI for sales promotions
    • Train service staff in service procedures
    • Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service

    Kitchen Managers:

    • Deliver great quality food to customers quickly
    • Champion food safety
    • Control food costs
    • Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including newly added menu items

    People Managers:

    • Ensure the restaurant hires and trains qualified crew
    • Schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
    • Support new Crew getting started
    • Recognize & empower Crew Team Members
    • Previous managerial experience is helpful, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with the passion for the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
