    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Our Retail Experience Assistant Concept Designer is focused on creating new and evolved store concepts and has the ability to create new and first brand appropriate ideas with an OMNI focus. This person has a collaborative approach, is future focused, customer-centric and dedicated to creating the ultimate "phygital" experience aligned with our brand strategies. This person has an "all hands on deck" approach and is well versed in both store concepting and technical store design.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    Concept Responsibilities

    • Assists in the concepting of the in-store "phygital" experience by being brand oriented, future-focused, customer-centric and creatively driven.
    • Conceptualizes and designs multiple creative solutions
    • Creates comprehensive concept & design presentations including inspiration gathering, material boards, renderings, elevations, mock-ups, fixture development, etc.
    • Partners with fixture designers, global procurement and sourcing to develop and sample new concepts
    • Teams up with Marketing and Product teams to support brand strategies and initiatives
    • Completes drawings, shop drawings and landlord documentation as needed

    Store Responsibilities

    • Maintains strong partnership with Real Estate and Construction teams to support capital project plans and project budget management
    • Contributes to the planning and implementation of Global Real Estate projects through store design which includes all new stores, current fleet evolution and optimization, market expansions, store closures, store down-sizes, store relocations and experience remodels.
    • Consistently translates store concepts to various store formats
    • Contributes to project workflow which includes feasibility studies, proposed store planning and approved store implementation
  • Qualifications

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • 4-year degree, preferable in Interior Design, Architecture or Industrial Design
    • 1+ years of work experience, 1 or more years of retail design experience required
    • Proficient use of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Sketch-up, 3D Modeling Programs)
    • General understanding of constructability
    • Organized and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
    • Self-motivated - ability to work independently and drive results
    • Team player - collaborate effectively with a team and diverse group of business partners
    • Receptive to feedback from team and multiple business partners
    • Energetic, positive, creative problem solving with a solution-based outlook
    • Good communication skills
