SuccessFactors is the People pillar of SAP business and is the largest cloud business.  Within SuccessFactors, we are innovating every day to help connect our client’s people to their company purpose. Solution Transitions is a function within Product and Design Family that helps drive adoption of innovation through planning and execution of customer and field facing programs for solution or feature transitions, deprecations and mandatory product changes while ensuring a great customer experience.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP SuccessFactors iXp Intern – Solution Transition Project Manager

Location: Palo Alto, CA (virtual)

Expected start date to end date: June 7th, 2021 - August 13th, 2021 

In this role, you’ll:

Solution Transitions Project Manager is responsible for the project execution and task deliverables for various Solution Transition Programs to drive migrations and deprecations.  Project Manager will work closely with Product Managers and Program Manager on assigned tasks and deliverables that includes impact analysis, customer or internal communications and co-ordination, ongoing progress, status and reportin

• Serves as the project manager and assigned deliverables for migration project ensuring that tasks are completed and recorded timely.
• Track project plan, status, risk, and mitigation plan to ensure project timelines are met while ensuring great customer experience.
• Develops and execute on Customers and Internal communications
• Organize tasks and find methods to gain efficiencies and track progress.
• Coordinates actions with customer facing functions - CEE/CSM stakeholders on questions regarding messaging, process, client interaction, etc.
• Process documentation and updates to ensure proper governance

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Bachelor’s degree or college student in Business, Economics, Marketing, HR, Psychology and similar fields
• 1-2 years of experience working as professional in areas of project management, marketing, and communications
• Strong analytical skills to understand customer impact
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to execute projects, ensure alignment of project tactics, communicate project status, and risks.
• Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated proficiency in building and execution of project plans
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and manage specific time restrictions/limitations related to project and budget parameters
• Proven track record of delivering results above expectations and with a sense of urgency
