    Your responsibilities include:

    • Shadowing Territory Sales Managers in the field and assisting with visiting existing dealers and establishing new customer relationships
    • Gaining knowledge in the following areas: selling skills, channel development, leadership skills, and managing customers
    • Conducting market research on product offerings and new product technology
    • Offering recommendations on process improvements within the sales organization to increase efficiencies and sales
    • Completing projects as needed
    • Demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Building an internal network within sales and business functions
  • Qualifications

    Requirements for the Textron Specialized Vehicles Sales Internship include:

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or another related field
    • 3.0 GPA or higher
    • Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office
    • Ability to travel for at least 15% of the internship
