YOUR JOB

The Sales Operations Analyst will support our fast-growing sales teams. They will be responsible forlearning the ins and outs of each major Indeed business unit, play a critical role in building relationships with the senior leadership team, and drive forward initiatives that will help us accelerate sales revenue and efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong desire to identify problems and use data to find actionable solutions. They are self motivated, organized, and can work comfortably in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in our CRM, reporting tools, sales teams, and processes

• Improve and maintain sales efficiency

• Provide day-to-day support for one or many of Indeed’s rapidly growing sales teams

• Partner with sales leadership to ensure our sales teams are supported and successful

• Utilize Excel, Tableau, Ishbooks and other tools to perform extensive data analysis

• Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity

• Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of our sales team

• Diagnose and solve technical problems

• Own and optimize opportunity sizing, transition planning, quota projects and other miscellaneous strategic projects for your business units

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related field

• Advanced experience with Excel such as vlookups, nested formulas, pivot tables, macros, charts etc.

• SQL knowledge is not required but is a plus

• Comfortable working with large data sets

• Familiarity with CRM systems. Salesforce experience is a plus

• Familiarity with Tableau, Google Data Studio, or another business intelligence application

• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights

• Effective communicator who can speak with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Energy, enthusiasm and hands-on attitude

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
