    Our Sales Strategy team focuses on driving innovation and efficiencies in products, tools, organizational structure and processes that help our Sales and Client Success teams succeed. We collaborate with functions across Indeed, including Sales, Client Success, Product, Finance, and Marketing to identify strategies for growth and efficiency.     YOUR JOB.

    Sales Strategists conduct sophisticated analyses and work closely with stakeholders across functions to help lead and execute strategic initiatives that boost revenue, drive operational scale and improve efficiency for continuous growth.  You will be a strategic partner to the Client Success team for Indeed’s Enterprise Inside Sales segment in the US.

    ABOUT YOU.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help identify, scope and drive critical projects and Client Success related initiatives partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization

    • Lead sophisticated research and analysis (e.g. revenue, customer, market or competitive trends and insights) for senior leadership to support decision-making

    • Complete analysis and assessment of growth opportunities; refine operating metrics to shift objectives and priorities for the US Enterprise Inside Sales business

    • Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business

    • Collaborate cross-functionally (with Finance, Product, Service teams) to refine recommendations and develop joint action plans

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 1-2+ years of experience in consulting, finance or other professional services OR strategy & operations experience at a technology company

    • Bachelor's degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Economics, Business, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience

    • Fluency with SQL, Excel and Tableau (or other data visualization platform); able to create and edit queries, pull data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis. Knowledge of Python a plus (or willingness to learn)

    • Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)

    • Very detail oriented, with strong business acumen

    • Strong sense of ownership and ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with history of influencing decisions

    • Curious and willing to develop a deep understanding of the business and take initiative to suggest ways to improve Indeed’s go-to-market strategy and operations

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
