  • Responsibilities


    The full-time Science & Technology Leadership Program (STLP) offers you a robust development journey with the opportunity to drive real business impact. As an STLP in the three-year program, you will rotate into three key experiences, each lasting 12 months. During the program, you will be focused on delivering business results through solving complex technical challenges leading to new business growth, product performance improvements, significant cost reductions, and/or process improvements.


    • Provides a strong technical point of view to help customers win
    • Broad cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams
    • Create and execute technical strategy across a range of different projects to expand or differentiate OC in the marketplace
    • Leverage internal and external laboratory networks to accelerate development and decision making
  • Qualifications
    • Ph.D. or M.S. in Chemistry; Materials Science & Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Physics; Chemical Engineering; or a related science/engineering field
    • Demonstrated technical knowledge with the ability to generate creative solutions
    • Models curiosity and growth mindset
    • Self-motived and eagerness to lead projects or take initiative
    • Preferred business experience through co-ops/internship or direct work experience
